Caring For Your SmartSpine Products

A warmed SmartSpine product is the ideal companion for movement preparation.When warming these props for the first time in the microwave, heat for 30 sec intervals to check for the desired temperature.

DO NOT exceed 1 1/2 minutes.

DO NOT exceed 30 sec for smaller items.

DO NOT heat in the oven, the stove or convection oven.

DO NOT dry clean or launder.

Keep the SmartSpine products dry at all times!

Store in a cool, dry, closed container

Note: The inside may be warmer than the outside when first heated

A cooled SmartSpine product makes a soothing cold wrap: The SmartSpine may be used as a cold wrap after exercise. Just place the SmartSpine on the freezer rack, preferably in a plastic bag to keep moisture out. The SmartSpine products will retain warm or cold temperatures for approximately 35-40 minutes.

Note: Heating or Cooling instructions are not applicable to the Pilates Posture Pillows. These pillows cannot be warmed or cooled at any time!

The selected filling consists of 100% natural, food-grade organic ingredients. The infusion of organic French Lavender enhances focus and relaxation and the “aromatherapy” properties increase as the SmartSpine is briefly warmed in a microwave.
